This Division has a dual function. On one hand, it acts as an indipendent unit, working with any type of company that may contract one or more services on a one-off or ongoing basis. On the other hand, it is a - sometimes very important - complement for satisfactory conclusion of merger and acquisition processes. In this case, it will always be the client who decides whether to use these services or work with other professionals.
