Client: There is no pre-defined target buyer, seller or client in general. However, inevitably, the merger and acquisition services we offer normally fit SMEs with annual sales in excess of 5 million euros and up to 100 million euros, depending on the industry. As we can represent both the buyer and the seller, the value of the transaction can vary considerably and may even be substantially lower, as there are many SMEs with a medium or high turnover, particularly foreign SMEs, that are interested in smaller-volume operations.

Territory: On a geographical level, we operate in Spain and in international transactions in Europe . Depending on the size of the operation and its geographical location, we work with high-calibre business brokers in other countries.

Sector: Although our experience is focused on consumer goods/fashion goods distribution, we also work in other fields.
