The basic principles governing our fees are performance and transparency. This means that remuneration is strictly related with the operation's successful outcome. The other parameter is the size of the transaction, which is usually proportional to the company's size and the operation's complexity.
For this same reason, it is not possible to give a fixed fee scale as each operation contains a large number of variable factors. The type of fee and the settlement are discussed individually with each client.
The fees cover the entire standard process of the transaction and the settlement depends from the successful conclusion of the operation. Possible exceptions (expenses or activities not included in the contract) will be negotiated separately.
International and business consultancy services
Fees are structured by estimate and project, based on each project's typology. The manner of fee settlement can also vary depending on whether it is an ad hoc or ongoing service.
